Redkey specializes in transportation for individuals with special needs or accommodations and airport transportation. Relationships, your child(ren)’s safety, communication, on-time service, and comfort are very important to us. We want to provide every person in Cincinnati with the best driver and vehicle that suits them. We provide a dedicated driver for each child to establish familiarity and safety.

Child Transportation Request
We understand the sensory, safety, need for routine, and comfort required for children with special needs. Redkey will ensure a positive experience to and from school based on your child’s needs and comfort level.

School Transportation
We currently service the school districts listed below. If you live within one of these districts, contact your school to arrange Redkey’s transportation. If you are a school district we are not currently serving or a parent in a school district without Redkey, fill out our Request Form, and we will be in contact.

Wheelchair Accessible Transportation
Our wheelchair transportation service is designed for safe and comfortable trips to your destination, whether for you or your child. If you need a ride to school, the grocery store, a doctor's appointment, or a social event, we can help.

Special Requests
Sometimes children may not feel comfortable with ride-sharing and require private transportation. Let us know your special request by filling out our Contact Form. We will let you know if Redkey can accommodate your request.

Safety Measures
Your family’s safety and trust is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we go above and beyond with the following safety measures:
Vehicle Inspections are performed on a daily basis
Every Redkey Driver goes through a rigorous hiring process that includes an FBI background check, BCI Fingerprint background check, T8 physical, pre-employment drug screen, van driver training and test, MVR (motor vehicle report from the Ohio BMV) Report is reviewed, and they have to pass a driving test
State-of-the-art tracking, camera, and incident notification system, which allows us to track each driver’s driving habits and review driver’s performance on a quarterly basis
Dedicated Drivers for the school year to build the child’s comfort level and develop relationships with the children.
Vehicles are cleaned daily and detailed weekly
Car seats, boosters, vests, and restraint systems are provided upon request

Airport Transportation
Whether you need airport transportation to or from Dayton (DAY) or Cincinnati (CVG) airport, fill out our Contact Form with your requested date, time, pickup location, and airport. We will contact you to provide a quote.

Work Transportation
If you are interested in hiring Redkey for a week or on a regular basis for chauffeured service to and from work, please fill out our Contact Form with your pickup and dropoff location, requested frequency, and the times. We will be happy to provide a quote to see if our services match your request. Please allow for at least one week's notice before the route can begin.

Event Transportation
Book Redkey’s transportation for concerts, celebrations, festivals, and more. Our fleet offers vehicles from 4 passengers up to 14 people. For larger parties, we can offer multiple vehicles and/or trips to accommodate your needs (based on location).
